Who We Are

This policy explains how VIPPIE LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as UNOPOSTPRODUCTION (“we”, “us”), handles personal information when you visit unopostproduction.com (the “Site”), email us, work with us, or receive an email from us about our services. We are responsible for that information, and you can reach us at [email protected]. Our Terms of Service cover the rest of our relationship with you.

What We Collect

When you visit the Site. The Site has no forms or accounts. We measure visits with PostHog, a web analytics service, in its cookieless mode, so it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. With each page you view, PostHog receives the full page address, including any campaign tags in it; the site that sent you; your browser, its language and time zone, your operating system, device type and screen size; what you click, including the text and address of links and buttons, where on the page you click and how far you scroll; when you open a project's full gallery, share it or download it as a PDF, with the project's category and number of images; how fast pages load, and a technical error report if a page breaks; and your IP address. It uses the IP address to estimate your country and city and, with your browser details, to count unique visitors with a one-way code calculated on its servers. We don't record your screen, build profiles of individual visitors, or link visits to your name or email address.

Cloudflare, which hosts the Site, processes your IP address and the details your browser sends with each request, so that it can deliver pages and protect the Site from attacks. If you download a project as a PDF, your browser sends the request, with the project's name and the addresses of its images, to our own server, which also sees your IP address.

When you email us. We receive your name, email address, what you write and any files you attach, such as images for a quote or a project. When you hire us, we also keep what we need for quotes, invoices and payments, such as your company name, billing address and payment records.

Business outreach. We sometimes email photographers, agencies, brands and publishers about our services. For this we collect business contact details, such as your name, job title, company, work email address and public profile links, from public sources like company websites, social media profiles and industry directories, and from business contact databases. You can opt out at any time: reply to any of our emails or write to [email protected], and we'll stop.

Former newsletter. We no longer send a newsletter. If you subscribed in the past, we keep that address only until you ask us to delete it.

How We Use It

  • To reply to you, prepare quotes, do and deliver the work, and send invoices.
  • To understand how the Site is used, such as which pages people read and how they found us, so we can improve it.
  • To email business contacts about our services, as described above.
  • To keep the Site and our systems secure.
  • To keep business, tax and accounting records, and to meet our other legal obligations.

We don't use your information for third-party advertising or ad targeting.

Who We Share It With

We share personal information only with people and services that handle it for us and may use it only to do so:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers the Site and stores its images.
  • PostHog, for website analytics.
  • The providers of our email, file transfer, client management and email outreach tools.
  • Payment, banking and accounting providers, so we can get paid and keep our books.
  • Retouchers and other contractors working on your project, who must keep it confidential.
  • Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, when we need them.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or if the business is sold or reorganized. We don't sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

International Transfers

We are based in the United States. PostHog processes our analytics in the United States, Cloudflare serves the Site from data centers around the world, and our other providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred there. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or on frameworks our providers are certified under.

How Long We Keep It

  • Emails, quotes and invoices: while we work together, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
  • Project files: only for a limited time after delivery, after which we may delete them.
  • Outreach contacts: until you opt out or they are no longer useful. If you opt out, we keep only what we need to make sure we don't contact you again.
  • Website analytics: in our PostHog account, for as long as it helps us understand how the Site is used.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, including stopping outreach emails at any time, and to receive it in a portable format. In the EU and UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority. We don't make decisions about you by automated means alone.

California residents. You have the right to know, correct and delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms, and we won't treat you differently for using your rights. Because we don't sell or share it, signals such as Global Privacy Control don't change what the Site does.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request.

Cookies

The Site doesn't set cookies, and PostHog runs in cookieless mode, so our analytics leave no cookies, local storage or session storage on your device. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Site from bots and attacks. We don't use advertising cookies.

Security

We protect personal information with reasonable measures, such as encrypted connections and access controls on our business tools. No way of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site and our services are for businesses and professionals. They aren't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
